Warba Bank announced the launch of its "Eidiya" cash service, providing newly issued banknotes to customers through selected branches and ATMs across Kuwait’s governorates. The initiative aims to ensure a convenient banking service during the Eid holiday period.
The bank confirmed that the service includes various denominations, including KWD 1, KWD 5, KWD 10, and KWD 20 notes, allowing customers to easily withdraw their preferred denominations through both designated branches and ATMs.
Abdullah Nasser Al-Shuail - Senior Director of the Branches at Warba Bank, stated: "Warba Bank is committed to providing services that simplify daily transactions for our customers, particularly during holiday seasons which witness a high demand for new banknotes. We have activated a wide network of branches and ATMs to ensure easy access across Kuwait."
Al-Shuail added that the bank focuses on enhancing its readiness during peak seasons and holidays by deploying efficient and rapid banking solutions that prioritize customer convenience.
The bank stated that the Eidiya service is available across a comprehensive geographical network, covering the Capital, Hawally, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorates, in addition to selected ATMs located in key areas such as co-op societies and commercial complexes.
The service is also available via dedicated ATMs at several locations, including: The co-op societies of Abdullah Al-Mubarak, Sabah Al-Salem, Abu Halifa, Shamiya, Al-Siddiq, and Al-Khaldiya, as well as the Arraya Complex, and Al-Ansari Exchange in Jahra.
Warba Bank noted that the deployment of the Eidiya service is part of an integrated operational plan to ensure branch and channel readiness during the Eid period, providing flexible banking solutions that meet customer expectations.
