Warba Bank announced its participation in the “Watheefti” fair, which is the largest employment fair, organized by the private sector in Kuwait, and will be held over 3 days from January 5 to January 7, 2023 at the Arena 360 Mall.

The participation of Warba Bank comes to support young national manpower and to attract the best Kuwaiti talents to work in the banking sector. The "Watheefti" exhibition, organized by Kuwait Zone Human Resources Company, aims to open channels of direct communication between private sector companies and job seekers, in addition to encouraging graduates to engage in the labour market and communicate directly with institutions and companies to discuss job opportunities.

On this occasion, the Chief Human Resources and General Services Officer Maali Al-Rasheed said: “Warba Bank's participation and presence in various annual career fairs organized by different institutions is consistent with its strategy aimed at strengthening the foundations of sustainability, especially in terms of social responsibility, in line with the goals of the New Kuwait Vision 2035, increasing the percentage of employment of Kuwaiti citizens in the banking sector and supporting the national economy,"

Al-Rasheed explained that the job fairs are an important platform that allows the Bank to select and attract talents, and at the same time it allows students and recent graduates to view the job and training opportunities available at the Bank, in addition to spreading the culture of working in the private sector among Kuwaiti youth and attract them to work in the Bank.

Al-Rasheed stated that Warba Bank is the ideal choice for recent graduates, in addition to those looking for a promising career future, with its resources and professional training programs that keep pace with international standards and contribute to refining the skills of young people.
