Warba to launch the first of its kind in Kuwait; the (Warba World) on augmented reality

KUWAIT, April 2023:

Warba Bank announced the launch of the first of its kind augmented reality experience, “Warba World”, as part of its bold digital transformation and innovation plan. This unique digital initiative in marketing activation is the first of its kind in Kuwait and offers a local flavor along with educational materials ranging from banking trivia questions to general facts to tackle the start of financial literacy for all, customers and non-customers alike.



With no need to download an app, everyone can jump right in and select their avatar, which takes them to a stunning 3D version of Kuwait City, all powered by AR technology. As they explore this virtual city, participants will encounter a host of points of interest, each of which unlocks a new mission, where the correct answer to these challenges will be the key to success; as it earns players more time on the countdown clock and helps them avoid getting stuck before completing the quest.



But this experience is not just about fun and games; rather, it is also designed to improve financial literacy, making it a truly groundbreaking experience, as Warba Bank plans to constantly update and enhance Warba World, through new features, locations and challenges added over time.
