Warba Bank announced the launch of updating the new Bank's application with its new and advanced design for smart phones, which is considered a new shift for applications in the banking sector, as this application contains many features and services that were made in response to requests and suggestions of Warba Bank clients. This update is part of upcoming updates so that the Bank completes the series of services that keep pace with the requirements and aspirations of clients in a more comprehensive, efficient and secure manner, as this application aims to give clients a distinctive and unique digital banking experience.
Mr.Mejren Hamad AlMejren, Director of Digital Department – Digital Group, said that this update comes within the plan set by the Bank to provide distinguished digital banking and social services and give a unique digital banking experience, that focuses on the client of Warba Bank by providing the best digital service. AlMejren added that the Bank aims for this application to be a diversified banking application that serves the client in all respects and is compatible with the pace of daily life, its requirements and circumstances. AlMejren explained that Warba Bank is keen to continue developing its digital capabilities and keep abreast of the latest innovations and their rapid development.
AlMejren stated that the new Warba Bank application includes a new service that is considered the first of its kind in the banking sector, which is the possibility of allocating and rearranging the main sections and express services in the application according to the client’s preference. The customer can now choose the sections and services that he wants to show on the main page of the application and rearrange them as he deems appropriate for his daily needs, and the possibility of accessing all hidden sections through the "Summary View". AlMejren added that this service is considered one of the most important services that enable the client to enjoy a unique banking experience and gives him a lot of privacy to choose what's suitable, and this service will be synchronized and available for all devices used by the clients in the Warba Bank application.
It is worth noting that by using modern technology, the application has become faster because the sections are displayed according to the client's movement within the application. When the client moves the page, the service details are called up and displayed automatically and smoothly without the customer noticing that.
AlMejren highlighted that the application offers a new page, "The Store", which contains all the services and offers that interest the client in one place. It provides him with the latest gift cards for various stores in the Gulf countries and Jordan, which the client can buy and gift to his beloved ones by sharing them through WhatsApp or e-mail,
In addition, it contains promotional codes, which give the client special discounts at a number of stores, and this service is provided free of charge to clients, and the page also contains the purchasing coupons available to clients.
Mr. Mejren AlMejren confirmed that the bill payment service has been built in a new way, which gives the client an exceptional experience when using this service, as this service includes all telecommunication companies, and the clients can choose one of these companies for quick payment, recharge or save the number in the case of recurring payment.
The client can also schedule payments automatically for all the numbers saved in the application, and what distinguishes this service is that the client can view all the scheduled numbers quickly and notice any defect in any payment process, in addition to that the client can follow the history of previous payments for all numbers and operations.
