Warba Bank’s initiatives for employees continue this year with the launch of the fourth Omra trip for the Bank’s employees.
Over 40 pilgrims participated in this trip. A special draw was held for the applicants, from which 10 male and 10 female employees were selected, in addition to their companions and the trip’s administrative team. The trip is free for the Bank’s employees.
In this regard, Mr. Ayman Salem Al-Mutairi, Director Marketing and Corporate Communications at the Bank, said: “The Omra trip organized by the Bank is an annual event that aims to facilitate the visit to Makkah for the Bank’s employees. Through it, the Bank seeks to spread the teachings of our true Islamic religion, and this annual trip aims to enhance the spirit of work and cooperation among the Bank’s employees.”
These efforts come within the Bank's social responsibility towards its employees, and Warba Bank is considered one of the first banks in Kuwait to launch annual Omra trips for employees.
Al-Mutairi further said: “We congratulate all the winners of the fourth Omra trip for the year 2022, and we wish success to all on the upcoming trips,” adding: “There will be many special projects for employees as part of the Bank’s social responsibility and to enhance the spirit of cooperation among employees.”
It is worth mentioning that Warba Bank is on an integrated plan during 2022 in order to motivate employees and improve their creativity. The Bank also constantly listens to employees’ opinions and suggestions regarding the work environment and productivity development through official channels such as electronic surveys that are held annually or through meetings and discussions that target specific segments and meet the satisfaction of employees.
