KUWAIT, October 2022

Warba Bank participated in the registration week at the Gulf University of Science and Technology, in cooperation with the Public Relations Club at the University, which took place from Sunday, September 24 till Wednesday, September 28, 2022 through a special pavilion. The Bank held several activities on the occasion of the start of the new academic year, by setting up several challenges in the PlayStation 5 game, in addition to providing many electronic gifts, and purchasing vouchers from several stores in Kuwait.

On this occasion Mr. Ayman Salem Al-Mutairi, Director Marketing and Corporate Communications at Warba Bank, said: “With the beginning of the new academic year, we seek to motivate students, especially new students at universities, by offering many activities that facilitate the start of their academic year at universities.” Al-Mutairi added: “We will participate in different events in universities throughout the academic year.”

Al-Mutairi concluded: "Warba Bank launched special account for youth ‘Bloom’, which offers many privileges for this category," and added: "Students can receive information about Warba Bank and the benefits it offers to students through the Bank's participating booths in universities throughout the current academic year."

It is worth noting that Warba Bank distinguished the clients of “Bloom” with a unique digital banking experience that lives up to their aspirations and orientations, which is the basis for development through a private banking application, the first of its kind not only in Kuwait; but, in the entire region, which is inspired by social media applications that are most used in terms of design, interface, browsing methods and choosing colors, especially for young people.

Among the exclusive benefits of the Bloom account are: a special welcome gift upon account opening and transferring the student allowance, 5 winners in the ‘Bloom’ monthly draw for KD 200, and All-Star Rewards for outstanding students with a GPA of 3.5 or more out of 4 points in the amount of KD 50, in the form of points in “Pocket” program, free issuance and renewal of a prepaid card with a monthly return rate of 3%.
