Warba Bank has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Kuwait Airways, enhancing cooperation and allowing for a constructive partnership for providing more digital services to customers. Under this partnership, the Bank’s customers will be able to benefit from converting “Pocket” program points into airline miles from Kuwait Airways, by merging the program’s offers with the “Oasis Club”. The agreement gives Warba Bank customers a range of benefits through the use of Warba Bank's channels, programs and the points transfer.


In this regard, Mr. Abdullah Nasser Al Shoail, Senior Director of the Branches Department, said: "We are pleased to announce this partnership with Kuwait Airways, the national and official carrier of the State of Kuwait, which constitutes an important addition to our customers, and enables them to benefit from the many advantages offered by Kuwait Airways alongside the advantages of the "Pocket" program.


Al Shoail stressed that the coming period will witness more cooperation with Kuwait Airways to develop the partnership between the two parties, in a manner that will positively affect the services provided to the bank's customers.


For his part, Director of the Elite Customer Service Department, Mishaal Lafa Al-Mutairi, said that Kuwait Airways always welcomes strategic partnerships, especially with the private sector, among which is the partnership with Warba Bank, in order to achieve the maximum benefit for the bank’s customers in a way that reflects positively on the services provided to customers and achieves the company’s further expansion. In addition to this, Kuwait Airways has sought in recent times to expand its partnerships with many institutions and companies in order to confirm its leadership in the market and in order to give customers distinct travel experiences from the "Oasis Club" and "Holidays" by providing the most enticing packages at competitive prices, and also provided awesome offers, through the official website, Booking.com, to book and benefit from accommodation on every KD 1 of approximately 6 miles, which gives the customer the benefit on both travel and residence. Moreover, credit cards give the customers luxurious benefits that can be redeemed at airports across the globe. This comes as a confirmation from the Bank and proves that we are keen on excellence and attention to the smallest details for the comfort of passengers in their travel.


Al-Mutairi stressed Kuwait Airways’s eagerness to provide the best offers to its valued customers with the largest program in the region, with development underway to the Oasis Club site to facilitate its use for all customers. The "Pocket" is the first digital loyalty program based on points. Customers can collect points and use them to benefit from the services of the Warba Bank application or to buy products from the Bank’s strategic partners. Through this partnership, Warba Bank’s customers can convert the points they get through their use of Warba Bank’s channels and programs into airline miles at Kuwait Airways.
