The "Private Housing Finance" is a unique service that allows Warba Bank's customers and non-customers to benefit from calculating and displaying the discretionary deal for housing finance by applying requests for the purpose of purchasing and developing real estate related to private and model housing

How to use the service

1. Click on the side menu ‘Other Options’ and then click the ‘Private Housing Finance’ icon

2. Select the finance amount, property type, down payment the duration needed

3. The full financed deal will be shown to the customer, and the customer can continue the financed journey by tapping to ‘Next’

4. Income verification step, the customer should fill all incomes generated from: a. Net business profit b. Real estate incomes: c. Property target to purchase (optionally)
