How to get an E-signature?
You should visit the E-signature registration office in person at the headquarters of the Public Authority for Civil Information. You will be asked to sign the E-signature uses agreement. The E-signature certificate will be uploaded to the card along with a PIN. You can also get a username and a temporary PIN to complete electronic transactions without using the card reader, by visiting the electronic verification portal.
