Campaign Details for Mastercard Cards (Cashback)

  • Get KD 50 cashback for every KD 1,000 spent internationally using Mastercard credit cards.
  • The maximum cashback is KD 250 per month during the campaign period.
  • The cashback amount for personal transactions will be deposited as points into the customer’s digital wallet "Pocket" available on the Bank's application.

Terms & Conditions
  1. The campaign is exclusive to all retail bank customers and does not include corporate, institutional, or legal entities.
  2. The campaign includes all types of credit cards issued by the Bank and excludes prepaid cards.
  3. The customer will be rewarded KD 50 for every KD 1,000 spent internationally (or via international websites), whether through a single transaction or multiple transactions.
  4. The maximum reward is KD 250 (equivalent to a spend of KD 5,000) per month, regardless of the number of cards held by the customer or the total purchase transactions.
  5. Points will be calculated for all eligible international personal purchase transactions made via POS terminals or through electronic payment gateways that are posted and matched during the campaign period from 1 July 2026 until 31 August 2026. The matching process may take up to 15 days.
  6. The system will calculate and deposit points into the customer’s digital wallet "Pocket" available on the Warba Bank application, where the customer can redeem the points for cash.
  7. Amounts are calculated based on each month individually. The calculation resets at the beginning of each calendar month; therefore, spending amounts cannot be carried forward or accumulated between months.
  8. In the case of amount holds (e.g., hotels, car rentals), transactions will not be counted until fully executed, posted, and matched.
  9. The campaign adheres to the Bank's exclusion policy. The following are excluded: Forex trading, money transfers, cryptocurrency trading, cash withdrawals, and transactions that do not comply with Islamic Sharia principles.
  10. Warba Bank reserves the right not to calculate points for non-personal purchases such as commercial or corporate expenses.
  11. If non-personal transactions are suspected, cashback will be withheld until supporting invoices are provided within 50 days after month-end. After this period, the reward cannot be claimed.
  12. The Bank reserves the right to review transactions and only approve those that comply with campaign terms before crediting the "Pocket".
  13. Refunded or cancelled transactions will not be counted. If cashback was already credited, the Bank may deduct the amount or equivalent points from the customer’s account.
  14. Warba Bank reserves the right to amend or reverse any incorrectly approved cashback or in cases of misuse or fraud.
  15. The Bank may exclude any account, transaction, or cardholder at its discretion, including suspended or cancelled accounts or those violating laws or terms.
  16. The Bank may withhold or cancel cashback if the cardholder delays payment or defaults on card obligations.
  17. Upon account or card closure, any unredeemed "Pocket" points will be forfeited.
  18. Warba Bank is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party merchants.
  19. The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at its discretion, including eligible customers, cards, cashback percentages, caps, and transaction types, with prior notice.
