Airport Lounge Access:
Starting February 2nd, 2026, cardholders must meet the USD 1 (or equivalent) international transaction requirement within 90 days prior to benefit usage to unlock lounge access.
Any cardholder who does not meet this requirement before February 2nd, 2026, will not be eligible for lounge access until a qualifying transaction is completed.
International transactions may take up to 72 hours to be posted, after which, lounge access will be reinstated and valid for 90 days.
Both in-store (card-present) and online (e-commerce) transactions qualify as international spending.

How can I get it, and what are the required documents?
You can apply for Visa Signature through the Warba Mobile Application, Branches, or Call Center.
Ensure to have the required documents:

2- Account statements for the last 3 months (6 months for private sector employees and non-Kuwaitis).
3- Salary and salary continuation certificate.
4- Authorized signatory and PIFSS certificates (private sector employees).
How can I get a copy of my credit card statement?
You can receive your monthly card E-statement sent to your e-mail.
Can I withdraw cash from ATMs?
You can withdraw cash from other banks’ ATMs, both locally and internationally, with a fee of KWD 6 per transaction. For international withdrawals, an additional 2.5% currency conversion fee applies.
