Airport Lounge Access:

  • All cardholders must register their card through the Mastercard Travel Pass app.
  • Cardholders who have already registered will need to confirm enrolment by re-entering their card details.
  • Primary and supplementary cardholders must register separately and show individual QR codes at lounge entrances.
  • Starting 1 June 2026, the USD 1 international spends requirement has been removed for Mastercard credit cardholders.
  • Cardholders will enjoy seamless complimentary airport lounge access without the need to meet any spending thresholds.

    How can I get it, and what are the required documents?

    You can apply for Mastercard World Elite through the Warba Mobile Application, Branches, or Call Center.

     

    Ensure to have the required documents:

     

    1- Civil ID

     

    2- Account statements for the last 3 months (6 months for private sector employees and non-Kuwaitis).

     

    3- Salary and salary continuation certificate.

     

    4- Authorized signatory and PIFSS certificates (private sector employees).

    How can I get a copy of my credit card statement?
    Monthly card E-statement sent to your personal e-mail.
    Can I withdraw cash from ATMs?
    You can withdraw cash from other banks ATMs, both locally and internationally, with a fee of KWD 6 per transaction. For international withdrawals, an additional 2.5% currency conversion fee applies.
