Warba Bank Ranks Among Top 20 Global Sukuk Bookrunners in Bloomberg League Tables

Warba Bank announced that its Debt Capital Markets division ranked among the world’s top 20 sukuk bookrunners in Bloomberg’s Islamic Capital Markets League Tables for the first half of 2026. These rankings reflect the bank’s growing presence in Islamic capital markets and position it alongside major regional and international financial institutions.

The bank’s continued expansion in the sukuk sector is supported by its delivery of Sharia-compliant financing solutions and debt issuance, structuring, and execution services to governments, financial institutions, and corporate clients.


Rankings Across Key Bloomberg League Tables:

During the first half of 2026, Warba Bank secured positions across several key Bloomberg global and regional league tables:

  • Global Sukuk Bookrunners: Ranked 19th globally.

  • International Sukuk Bookrunners: Ranked 13th globally.

  • International US Dollar Sukuk Bookrunners: Ranked 12th globally.

  • GCC Sukuk Bookrunners: Ranked 16th globally.

These rankings underscore the active role played by Warba Bank’s Debt Capital Markets team in supporting the structuring and execution of sukuk issuances in line with global best practices.
