As part of Warba Bank's community initiatives in supporting the efforts to develop human capital represented by the youth and in cooperation with the Public Authority for Youth, Mrs. Maali Al-Rsheed - Head of the Human Resources and Public Services Group - explained that Warba Bank is keen to support public projects that aim to qualify and train Kuwaiti youth, creating career paths for them, and providing them with suitable job opportunities.
Al-Rsheed added that Warba Bank appreciates the efforts made by the Public Authority for Youth in sponsoring and developing young people though providing job opportunities and helping them determine their career by introducing them to the nature of work in the private sector and providing advanced training programs for them to hone their skills and abilities in order to encourage young citizens to join work in this vital sector, in order to support the government's orientation to qualify Kuwaitis to work in this sector.
Al-Rsheed also said that this support is a national duty through which the bank aims to invest in human capital and develop it to contribute to supporting the development process in Kuwait and to participate effectively in building the country.
Al-Rsheed concluded by saying that Warba Bank was and still is a forerunner in qualifying and developing Kuwaiti manpower, through training and development programs specialized in digital transformation and information technology, in addition to investment and banking operations.
Leadership development programs are also being implemented in cooperation with many leading local and international universities and institutions in the field of training and development, adding that investing in Kuwaiti youth is a national investment in line with Kuwait’s 2035 Vision.
