Warba Bank Continues to Serve Customers During the New Year's Holiday

Kuwait, December 2024:

Warba Bank continues to serve its valued customers during the official New Year’s holiday on Wednesday and Thursday, January 1st and 2nd, 2025. Services will be available at the bank’s branch at Kuwait International Airport - T4, as well as through the call center and on digital platforms, ensuring uninterrupted access to banking services for customers both inside and outside Kuwait.



Regular operations at Egaila and The Avenues branches will resume on Saturday, January 4th, 2025, while the rest of branches will reopen on Sunday, January 5th, 2025, following the official holiday.



The airport branch will operate 24/7 to facilitate customers’ access to essential banking services. Warba Bank will also continue to provide its services through the call center at 182 5555 for local inquiries and +965 2228 8888 for international calls. Customers can also reach the bank through its WhatsApp service at +965 5162 5555, with full access to its website and mobile app for convenient and secure banking.

Al-Shuail added: “We encourage our valued customers, particularly those traveling during the holiday period, to update their contact details and save the bank numbers, including our WhatsApp service number, for quick and efficient communication when needed. Additionally, we reiterate the importance of using the Warba Bank app to track accounts, making transfers, and completing electronic payments securely.”



He further stressed the importance of safeguarding private information and banking data. Customers should never share sensitive details, especially the One-Time Password (OTP), with any third party under any circumstances. Al-Shuail reiterated that Warba Bank does not request such information directly and urged customers to report any suspicious activity on their accounts immediately by contacting the bank.
