Warba Bank will continue to provide its banking services to its valued clients during the official holiday of the Islamic New Year that falls on Sunday, July 31, via EBM machines in the Avenues and Airport branches in order to facilitate the provision of its services.
In addition to phone calling service through the call center on: 1825555 and the Bank's social media channels or online, the airport branch will continue to operate around the clock during this holiday.
Mr. Abdullah Naser Al-Shuail, Senior Director Branches, Retail Banking Group, stated that Warba Bank is ready to serve its clients by providing all its banking services during this holiday, including the services of EBM machines.
"These machines offer a range of diverse banking solutions through the best secure technologies, including deposit services for money and checks. It also allows the Bank's clients to endorse check funds in their accounts as soon as they are deposited," added Al-Shuail.
He also said that the EBM machines play an important role in providing a number of electronic services, including withdrawals, cash deposits, balance inquiries, password changes and other services. Warba clients have qualitative advantages, as they can perform some basic banking operations via smart phone devices through the unique Warba Bank application.
Warba Bank will resume providing its banking services through all its banking branches immediately after the official holiday ends, on Monday, August 1.
