Warba Bank Announces Winners of Quarterly "Sunbula Grand Draw"

Kuwait, January 2025:

Warba Bank, recognized as the leading bank in corporate and investment services in Kuwait, today announced the winners in the fourth quarterly Sunbula Grand Draw for the year 2024. The draw was conducted in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Warba Bank employees at the bank’s headquarters.



The grand prize winner of KD 250,000 was Mr. Khaled Mohammed Hethal Al-Qahtani. Ten additional lucky winners each received KD 1,000, totaling KD 10,000. The winners were Mr. Abdullah Hamoud Thamer Al-Ajmi, Mr. Abdulaziz Dhaidan Ali Al-Ajmi, Mr. Ali Khaled Ali Al-Ajmi, Mr. Fahad Owaidah Mubarak Al-Ajmi, Mr. Amal Ali Mohammed Al-Qadfan, Ms. Dima Nayef Rakan Al-Harbi, Mr. Ahmed Hassan Khalaf, Mr. Jassim Mohammed Essa Al-Hamdan, Mr. Abdulrahman Asaad Al-Rashed and Ms. Shaikha Ali Thaqal Al-Hajery.



As for the winners of the monthly Al Sunbula Kids account, seven winners were announced. The first prize of KD 1,000 went to Mr. Hashem Hamad Hashem Al-Shakhes. The second prize of KD 500 was awarded to Mr. Zaid Aad Khalil Al-Foudari. The third to seventh winners each received KD 100, and they were Mr. Abdullah Homoud Taleb Al-Ajmi, Mr. Ali Bassam Ali Al-Enezi, Mr. Yousef Nasser Abdullah Al-Sayegh, Ms. Laila Mubarak Mijbil Al-Rashidi and Mr. Mohammed Bader Habbab Shwaib.



Al Sunbula Account remains the ideal choice for individuals looking to save while earning competitive returns on their balances, coupled with the opportunity to win cash prizes throughout the year.



To participate in Al Sunbula weekly and grand draws, customers must maintain a minimum balance of KD 100. For every KD 10 in the account, customers gain one entry, calculated based on the lowest balance during the month. To qualify for the weekly draw, the amount must remain in the account for a full month, and two full months for the grand draws. There are no restrictions on withdrawals or deposits, and the more customers deposit, the higher their chances of winning.
