Warba Bank recently organized a trip to the Holy Lands for a large group of its employees and their families to perform Omra, as part of the Bank’s executive management’s keenness to support the social and religious aspects of employees and to provide everything that would create a positive work environment and raise employee morale.
The Bank's Marketing and Corporate Communications Sector, in cooperation with the Sharia Supervision Department and the Human Resources Group, made all the arrangements for Omra, starting with selecting the company organizing the trip and making all its arrangements, in addition to organizing an introductory meeting before the employees travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Director Marketing and Corporate Communications, Ayman Salem Al-Mutairi, highlighted the management’s interest in all employees, and its keenness to provide everything that would create a productive and creative work environment, as he added: “The number of employees and their families who performed this year’s trip reached more than 40 people, which confirms the keenness to perform one of the most important Islamic rituals.”
During the three-day trip, the Bank held many cultural and social activities, in addition to holding a group of cultural and religious competitions among employees, which added a wonderful atmosphere to the trip and brought the employees closer together, who were like one family during the trip. At the conclusion of his statement, Al-Mutairi confirmed that the trip that was held was the fifth trip for Warba Bank employees and their families, and that the Bank aims to continue this trip at an annual rate as part of its annual plan.
