Warba Bank announced its strategic sponsorship of the first Padel Championship for the disabled, which was held for the first time in Kuwait and the Gulf countries on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the Padel Time Stadiums under the auspices of the Minister of Social Affairs and Community Development and the Minister of State for Women and Childhood Affairs, Engineer Mai Al-Baghli.

Ayman Salem Al-Mutairi, Director Marketing and Corporate Communications at Warba Bank, said that Warba Bank's strategic sponsorship of this tournament comes as part of its social responsibility and its pursuit of sustainable development. It expresses Warba's believe in the role of human capabilities in achieving development and supporting the state's efforts.

Al-Mutairi indicated that "Warba" provides the possibility of benefiting from banking products and services for people with disability, through facilities that guarantee their access to banking services without any fees, determining a special branch for them in each governorate, as well as appropriate car parks, wheelchairs, and other appropriate means, where the disabled person and his companions notice full care and special treatment inside and outside the branch, and in accordance with his circumstances.

Al-Mutairi noted that Warba is ready to participate and cooperate in any programs or activities that serve people with disabilities.
