Warba Bank, in cooperation with the "Oasis Club" of Kuwait Airways, launched a unique campaign that will continue throughout the summer season for a period of 3 months, starting from June 15 to September 15. This campaign aims to provide many benefits to the Bank's clients, especially with the start of the travel season during summer, where the Bank will hold monthly draws for ten winners every month, with a total of 30 winners throughout the summer period.
In this regard, Mr. Abdullah Nasser Al-Shuail, Senior Director of the Branches and Private Servicecs at Warba Bank, said that the Bank always seeks to provide all means of comfort and service to its customers, in addition to providing them with competitive offers.
Al-Shuail added that the campaign is divided into 3 sections, the first section starts from June 15 to July 15, the second from July 15 to August 15, and the third from August 15 to September 15. For each section there are 10 winners, with a total of 30 winners during the campaign, where the first winner will get 150,000 miles, while the second and third winners will get 125,000 miles, and the fourth to sixth winners will get 80,000 miles, and the seventh to tenth winners will get 50,000 miles, at a monthly rate.
Al-Shuail also said that the winners can get those miles that will enable them to get a round-trip flight from Kuwait to one of the regional and international destinations that starts from Dubai with only 15,000 miles on economy class, 30,000 miles on business class, 45,000 miles on first class, and 56,000 miles on the royal class and other countries of the world, according to terms and conditions of the service.
Al-Shuail noted that the Bank seeks the well-being of its clients by presenting summer offers with Warba Bank credit and prepaid cards, as these cards also allow cashback of up to 6%. Al-Shuail added that all Warba Bank credit cards are included in this campaign, including prepaid cards.
Al-Shuail explained that the transactions eligible for entry as chances for participation are the executed purchase transactions only and the online transactions that took place during the promotional campaign launch period. He added, "Reserving amounts" (for example: hotel reservations - car rentals ... etc.) on credit cards are not counted among the chances eligible to enter the draw.
In the same context, the Director of Elite Customer Services Department at Kuwait Airways, Mr. Mishaal Lafa Al-Mutairi, said: "We are happy to cooperate with this campaign with Warba Bank, and it is not the first campaign between the two parties," explaining that "Kuwait Airways" is keen to cooperate and support joint relations with the banking sectors in order to provide the best services and offers to customers and motivate them continuously to travel to the company's destinations.

Through calling they can inquire and book miles, and facilitate all services through contacting the canter as well as booking packages for hotels. We are distinguished by continuous offers that suit all categories, especially the family, and we care about the smallest details in customer service.”
Al-Mutairi stressed that recently, the "WhatsApp" service was added on the plane free of charge for all passengers on board our fleet, which allows customers to communicate with whomever they want in multiple destinations. He also confirmed the systematic diversity of Kuwait Airways in its menus to suit all tastes. He added : "Our constant desire is to entertain while traveling through modern movies and local series, which provides a wonderful experience for the customer, and encourages him to earn more miles and increase his credit."
