Warba Bank Continues to Provide Services During National Holidays

As Kuwait celebrates its National Holidays, Warba Bank extends its warmest congratulations to the people of Kuwait, wishing the country continued security, stability and prosperity.



In conjunction with the national holidays, Warba Bank will continue to provide its banking services to its customers during the official holiday at its branch at Kuwait International Airport T4, which will operate around the clock to serve customers and travelers, ensuring that their banking needs are met. Warba will also provide services through its call center at 1825555 for local calls, or +965 2228888 for international inquiries, as well as via WhatsApp at +965 51625555. Additionally, all banking services will remain accessible through the website and the bank's mobile application.



Abdullah Nasser Al-Shuail, Senior Director of Branches and Private Banking Group, stated that the national celebrations offer a moment to take pride in Kuwait's rich history and emphasize the values that unite us as one community. He stressed that the bank is committed to providing banking services with high quality and efficiency during the holiday, as part of its strategy that places customers at the heart of its priorities, in line with its slogan: "We hear you, let’s own tomorrow”.



He added: "Our services remain available to customers wherever they are, whether at our branch at Kuwait International Airport or through our digital channels, which provide a seamless and secure banking experience around the clock."



Al-Shuail called on customers to ensure that their contact information is updated and to keep the necessary banking numbers on hand for quick and smooth communication when needed. He also emphasized the importance of using the Warba Bank application to monitor accounts, make transfers, and complete electronic payments safely and efficiently.



The bank also reminded customers to safeguard their banking information, warning against sharing the One-Time Password (OTP) with any party under any circumstances. Warba Bank affirmed that it never contacts customers to request such information and urged customers to report any suspicious activity immediately.
