He explained that this step comes as part of ongoing efforts to meet customers’ expectations and improve their experience in dealing with Al-Sayer Company.
Al-Nassar stressed that Warba Bank’s cooperation with Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer & Sons Co. is not the first, but it is an extension of many cooperations and agreements, and this indicates Warba Bank’s position in the market in the field of strategic partnerships that aim to strengthen the customer base. Cooperation with Al-Sayer Group, which is considered one of the largest specialized companies in the automotive sector, originally stems from mutual trust in the efficiency and effectiveness of the two institutions.
Al-Nassar explained that Al-Sayer Motors Group was chosen as one of the first names in the car distribution sector in Kuwait, in addition to having a distinguished distribution network of car showrooms and agents in Kuwait, which allows Warba Bank to be present with its customers in all governorates and regions of Kuwait continuously.

Pointing out that the human element that provides the service to the customer is the deciding factor in the customer’s choice of his organization, as he is the one who makes the difference between his organization and its competitors.
The Shared Electronic Banking Services Company “KNET” has developed the payment system through one of the latest point-of-sale devices that it provides in the Kuwaiti market, the PAX A920. Yasser Behbehani, Head of the Development Group at KNET, said: “Cooperation with Warba Bank to enable Mohamed Naser Al Sayer & Sons Co. to provide this distinguished service to their customers comes as part of KNET’s continued development of appropriate technical solutions and the use of the latest technology in this field aims to provide a unique and distinct payment experience.” Behbehani pointed out that the system that was developed connects the point-of-sale device with the company’s main accounting system, allowing the value of the transaction to be displayed directly to the customer without the need for an employee to enter the value, which makes the process faster, and without any error when entering the value. He added that this cooperation was possible to provide smart point-of-sale devices running the Android operating system, which are flexible in the ability to connect with applications running on various Web/Android/iOS operating systems, which opens new horizons for merchants to link their collection systems to points of sale.
Warba Bank is one of the banks that has achieved great successes in a short period, as it occupied a leading position in the field of Islamic digital banking services for individuals, and it is one of the largest local banks in the number of shareholders, and these are among the most prominent components that make the bank close to all members of society.
