Warba is the first bank in Kuwait To launch the "Drive Thru" service

KUWAIT, September, 2022:

Warba Bank launched a new and special “Drive Thru” service for its clients, which is the first service of its kind among banks in Kuwait, and through which the bank seeks to provide banking services through the car, to facilitate all procedures for the bank’s clients, and to provide them with the best banking services smoothly and conveniently.



On this occasion, Senior Director Branch, Retail Banking Group at Warba Bank, Abdullah Al-Shuail, said: “We launched the first and unique service in Kuwait through Shuhada branch only, to provide distinguished services to our clients.” He added: “We are keen to provide the latest services to our clients, giving them an exceptional banking experience that is full of exclusive services, which reflects Warba Bank's interest and concern for the comfort of its clients. Thus, Warba Bank has achieved another success to be added to its records in the world of banking services, knowing that this service will also be available to clients with special needs"



Al-Shuail noted that the services provided initially will include cash withdrawal services - cash deposit - internal transfer between Warba Bank accounts - local transfer - Warba Bank check deposit, and local bank check deposit, stressing the bank’s endeavour to increase the number of “Drive Thru” service branches in all governorates of Kuwait during the coming period, as this service is only available through the Shuhada branch.



He stressed the keenness of Warba Bank to provide all banking services and products, according to the needs and aspirations of its clients, due to their unique and distinguished lifestyle, as it seeks to meet their needs quickly, easily and safely, pointing out that the new service comes within the strategy of “Warba” to provide all the requirements of comfort and privacy for clients, and that now the client can benefit from a variety of banking services.



Al-Shuail explained that the new service comes from the Bank’s belief in the importance of achieving the highest level of services provided to its clients, in an advanced manner that meets their needs, and provides the easiest ways to obtain those services.



Warba Bank is constantly seeking to provide all new services and presenting them in best way to clients and facilitate their banking procedures.



In addition to the services through the application, which facilitates all banking and online services, the bank has also launched the Drive Thru service. It will also launch many distinguished services this year, which aims to enhance the quality of banking services provided by the bank.
