Warba Bank will continue to provide services to its valued clients during the official holiday of Eid Al-Fitr, from Friday April 21until Tuesday April 25, via EBM machines in all of the Avenues, Kaifan and Airport T4 branches to facilitate the provision of services, in addition to the telephone call service via the call center 1825555 or through social media platforms or via the Internet and the Warba Bank application.
Mr. Abdullah Nasser Al-Shuail, Senior Director of Branches and Private Banking Services at Warba Bank noted that the Bank is ready to serve its clients by providing all banking services during this holiday, including EBM, replacing part of the branches' work, where these machines provide various banking solutions with the best technology, including money and check deposit services, and allow Warba Bank clients to include check funds in their accounts immediately after depositing them. EBM machines play an important role in providing a number of services, including withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries, password changes, and others. Warba clients have additional advantages, as they can perform some of the basic banking operations via smart phones through the unique Warba Bank application.
According to the circular issued by the Kuwaiti Banking Association, the Bank will return to operate at all its branches immediately after the holiday, starting from Wednesday, April 26th.
