Warba Bank announced its sponsorship of the largest e-sports tournament in Kuwait. The Bank is keen to support e-sports and its players, and is interested in executing this tournament to the fullest extent due to its importance in Kuwait.
Director Marketing and Corporate Communications at Warba Bank, Ayman Salem Al-Mutairi, said that Warba Bank continues its unlimited support for Kuwaiti sports in general through the sponsorships it provides from time to time. He stressed that Warba Bank’s interest in sports and its sponsorship of various sports activities in Kuwait and the region constitute an integral part of the Bank’s mission and social responsibility, through which it is keen to care for the young generations and provide all possible means of support to hone and develop their talents. Warba has translated this interest into various shapes and forms, especially through its support of various national sports activities, its hosting of some tournaments and famous international sports stars, or through its adoption and sponsorship of many national sports activities and teams in regional and international sports forums and meetings.
He added: We aim to raise the level of sporting events in the region, through Warba Bank’s sponsorship of distinguished sporting events, and we are happy with the success of the previous e-sports tournaments that were sponsored and supported by Warba Bank. Pointing out that Warba Bank's support for this tournament falls within the sports initiatives within the framework of its comprehensive social responsibility program, and these initiatives aim to encourage a variety of sports and activities.
Al-Mutairi concluded his statement by stressing that Warba Bank is always keen to sponsor sporting events, support sport in Kuwait, and enhance its positive impact on social development in the country.
